We have not appointed a data protection officer, because this processing is not among those that require one. For any matter relating to your data you can write to the address above.

What data we process

The details you provide in the form: first and last name, email address, telephone number, country of residence and the type of interest you indicate.

Data associated with the submission: date and time, language and the page you write from and, when you arrive from an advertising campaign, the parameters identifying that campaign, the medium and the originating ad.

What we use them for

To handle your enquiry and contact you; to send you information about this development, including its public launch; to maintain the list of interested parties for as long as the marketing lasts; and to know which campaign each enquiry comes from and measure its effectiveness.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you tick the form's checkbox (Article 6.1.a of the General Data Protection Regulation). You may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Who else has access to them

Providers acting as data processors on our behalf and under contract: the provider of this site's hosting and server functions, and the provider of the spreadsheet and email tools where your enquiry is recorded. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case, the transfers are covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

The marketing of the development will be entrusted to a specialised company, which as of today is in the tendering process and has not yet been awarded the contract. Once it has, we will share that information with you and your data will also be processed by that company, with the sole purpose of handling your enquiry and informing you about this development, and always under the data processing agreement required by Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation. We will publish its identity in this policy as soon as the contract is formalised.

We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own commercial purposes.

The form is protected with Google reCAPTCHA to distinguish people from automated submissions. For this purpose, Google collects technical data about the device and behaviour on the page. This processing relies on our legitimate interest in protecting the form against abusive use, and is governed by Google's privacy policy.

How long we keep them

For as long as the marketing of the development and the subsequent conveyancing and after-sales phases last. According to the project's current planning, that period is expected to extend until 31 December 2029.

If before that date you withdraw your consent or request erasure, we will stop processing your data at that moment. Once the period has elapsed, they are deleted; they will only be kept blocked during the limitation periods of any actions that may arise, and solely at the disposal of the competent courts and public authorities.

Your rights

You may request access to your data and its rectification or erasure, object to the processing, request its limitation or portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to post@molnirre.com stating which right you wish to exercise.

If you consider that we have not properly attended to your request, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration or loss. Form submissions are always encrypted.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Any change will be published on this same page with immediate effect.
